Burlin White (Berliner Weisse)
- Actually Three Different Berliners
Packaged 3/28/2016
Ohio Only
Yes, we took the main recipe of our first Berliner Weisse and made three different variants of it:
Plain Old Berliner
Pineapple Habanero Berliner
Quince Berliner
Each of which that has its own unique , minus the one that is just OG as fuck, contribution to a revolutionary style that will envolope the palate of the most discerning beer drinker. Yet, will bring an unintelligible satisfaction and reviving charm to those that are meddling in the unknown realm of beer geekdom (D&D Beware)!!!!!!!! The Berliner Weisse style is traditionally a cloudy, sour, white beer lingering around the ABV range of 3%. Natrually our allegiance to Imperial beers brought our Berliner a tad bit over 5%, but really who in the shit is going to give us hell about that!!!! As many of you are probably asking why is the named spelled Burlin? Well it's an ode to a old friend of ours.

-Berliner brewed with the Quince fruit. The fruit that Eve gave our infamous vulnerable friend Adam, who just wanted to get laid. The fruit that doomed man kind to the shackles of mortality. It's also quite sour and pleasant like an apple or pear.
