Batch 003 Habmengero

Mango Habanero Sour

Mangoes and habaneros, we know everyone puts them together, a combo that anyone can think of, but yeah we did too so get off our back. This beer has a nice lemony acidity from the presence of two strands of lactobacillus, then a whole mess of mango puree is added. On top of that we threw in a bunch of habaneros for some ass kicking heat on the finish. The sweetness of the peppers combines with the mangoes for this unique but delicious brew.
